We want you to love your gift. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it.

Your right of withdrawal (EU)
If you live in the European Union, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window includes this right.

Condition
Items must be unused, complete with all parts and accessories, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, Halo Neck can only be returned if it has not been used.

How to start a return
1. Email us at contactgiois@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you on your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.

Mystery gifts
Free gifts included in a bundle do not need to be returned. If you return the main product, the free gift can be kept.
